Little and Fern Black Friday Sale – Terms and Conditions

The Little and Fern Black Friday Sale (“Sale”) is offered by Little and Fern and runs from 7am AEST Friday 28 November to 7am AEST Tuesday 2 December, unless otherwise stated. During this period, selected products on www.littleandfern.com are available at discounts of up to 80% off the regular retail price.

Participation and Eligibility

  • The Sale is open to all customers purchasing through www.littleandfern.com.

  • Discounts apply to selected products only. New arrivals, plaques, and personalisation service fees are excluded from the Sale.

  • Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, promotions, or special offers unless explicitly stated.

Pricing and Availability

  • Prices shown during the Sale reflect the discounted price. Little and Fern reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, whether before or after an order is placed.

  • Sale items are subject to availability. Little and Fern does not guarantee stock levels and items may sell out without prior notice.

  • In the event of a product being unavailable, Little and Fern may cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Purchases, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • All purchases are subject to the standard Little and Fern Terms and Conditions, including the Returns and Exchanges Policy.

  • Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations of Sale items will be processed based on the discounted purchase price.

  • Personalised items are excluded from refunds or exchanges unless they are faulty or not as described.

Delivery and Responsibility

  • Little and Fern is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors outside its control, including courier or postal service delays.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Little and Fern cannot replace lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.

Changes and Cancellation

  • Little and Fern reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Sale at any time for reasons including technical issues, stock shortages, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any changes to the Sale will be communicated on www.littleandfern.com. where possible.

Consumer Rights and Compliance

  • These Terms and Conditions comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Consumers have statutory rights that cannot be excluded, including remedies for defective products or services.

  • Little and Fern’s standard Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with these Sale Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing during the Sale, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions in addition to the standard Little and Fern Terms and Conditions.

Golden Ticket Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

The Golden Ticket Giveaway is run by Little and Fern as part of the Black Friday sale. The promotion begins at 7am AEST on Friday 28 November and ends at 7am AEST on Tuesday 2 December. All orders placed on www.littleandfern.com during this period are automatically entered. No minimum spend is required, and each order counts as one entry.

A total of twenty Golden Tickets will be issued. Each ticket holds $100 Little and Fern store credit. Winners are chosen at random by the Little and Fern team once the order is being packed. Customers will not be notified via email or other channels if they win. Winning Golden Tickets will be placed directly inside the parcel of the winning order.

Key Details:

  • Each Golden Ticket includes a unique code printed on the back.

  • Codes are valid for one use only and must be entered at checkout on www.littleandfern.com.

  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other codes unless permitted at checkout.

  • Store credit must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets or codes cannot be replaced.

  • Orders that are cancelled or refunded after purchase may forfeit their entry.

Little and Fern is not responsible for delivery delays, lost parcels, or events outside its control that may affect participation in the giveaway. The company reserves the right to pause, cancel, or modify the giveaway at any time if required.

Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, in conjunction with the standard Little and Fern Terms and Conditions.

  • The Black Friday Sale is valid only on Thursday, 13 November 2025, from 7:00pm – 10:00pm AEST.

  • Little & Fern reserves the right to modify, shorten, or cancel the sale at any time without notice.

Discount Offer

  • All purchases made during the sale are eligible for 30% off the marked price, applied automatically at checkout.

  • Discount applies only during the stated sale period and cannot be applied retrospectively.

  • Discount codes cannot be used during the sale period.

  • The sale is subject to stock availability. Little & Fern is not responsible for unavailability of stock.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, gift cards, or loyalty points.

  • Personalisation services are excluded from the sale and remain at standard price.

  • Black Friday offers cannot and will not be applied to any outstanding or closed orders. There are no cancellations, amendments, or refunds on any sale orders, so please order carefully.

Free Gift with Purchase

  • Orders of $175 AUD or more in a single transaction (after discount and before shipping) will receive a Pink Bows Tote Bag, subject to availability.

  • Free gifts may be substituted with an item of equivalent value if sold out.

  • Only one free gift per order applies.

  • Free gifts are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable, refundable, or claimable separately from qualifying orders.

  • Free gifts cannot be applied to previous orders.

Order Conditions

  • All sale items are final sale. Exchanges, returns, or cancellations are only accepted in the case of faulty or damaged items.

  • Orders placed during the sale may experience extended processing and delivery times due to high order volumes. Please allow up to 14 business days for packing and dispatch.

  • Little & Fern reserves the right to limit purchase quantities per customer.

  • Orders cannot be combined during the sale period. Separate orders must be placed if additional items are required.

Stock & Overselling

  • In the event of overselling or stock discrepancies, the affected item(s) will be refunded. Due to high order volumes, Little & Fern is not required to contact customers to offer an alternative selection.

Shipping & Free Shipping Suspension

  • Free shipping is suspended during the Black Friday Sale period.

  • Standard shipping rates will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Preorders & Exclusions

  • Preorder items are included unless otherwise specified on the product page.

  • Certain items, including personalisation services, gift cards, and digital products, are excluded from the sale.

Limitation of Liability

  • Little & Fern is not responsible for technical errors, website downtime, or failures that prevent access to the sale.

  • Orders may be cancelled or refused if fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

How to Enter

  • No additional entry methods will be accepted.
