What is a preorder?
A preorder is a purchase of a product that is either a new release item or a product that is not currently in-stock. A preorder allows customers to reserve an item to ensure that they will receive the product as soon as it becomes available or restocked. A preorder is a great way to secure a high demand item that may sell out quickly. It simply allows you to be among the first to receive the product once it becomes available.
How do I know if my product is a preorder?
The item will state PREORDER in both the product name and product description.
When will my preorder arrive?
Each preorder item will have it's own unique dispatch date which is listed on the product description. Preorder lead times are generous to allow for any disruptions, however, by placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the estimated date of delivery cannot be guaranteed and Little and Fern have the right to extend these lead times if any unforeseen major delays occur.
What happens if I have in-stock items alongside my preorder item?
Any in-stock items purchased alongside preorder items will be shipped at the same time as the preorders, we are unable to split orders.
If you wish to receive your in-stock items first, please place your preorder separately.
Can I cancel a preorder?
Once your order has been placed, it will begin production at our manufacturer. This means all preorders are final and non-refundable. You must await the delivery.
