Shipping
All items are shipped through Australia Post. We aim to ship your order within 2-7 days from receiving it.
Aus Domestic:
Standard: $9.50
Express: $12.50
If you are needing your item urgently, please select Express Shipping. This means that once we dispatch your order within our usual time frame, it will travel faster through the Aus Post network.
International:
US & Canada: $14.95 AUD (Approximately $10 AUD)
NZ: $12.00 AUD (Approximately $13.00 NZD)
Rest of the World: $25.00 AUD
We ship worldwide and prices are subject to location, as you checkout you will be able to see the correct pricing information for your country.
Please order carefully as international orders are unable to be refunded, exchanged or replaced.
By placing an international order you are acknowledging that you may have to pay duty taxes. Please ensure you are aware of any possible charges you may incur in order to receive the goods. Little and Fern are not liable for any of these additional charges.
Shipping Lead Times:
Aus Standard: 2-14 days
Aus Express: 1-3 days
US & CAD: 7-10 days
Rest of the World:
Please visit the Australia Post website to enquire about lead times. Once your order has been fulfilled on our end and you have received your tracking details, your order is the responsibility of Australia Post and any lost or damaged items are to be lodged via their website or phone.
Policies
Returns:
We will offer you an exchange or refund if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty. Please note that this is subject to inspection - please email hello@littleandfern.com within 7 days of delivery to begin investigations.
If you need to exchange a size, we require the clothing to be sent back in its original packaging, unused and un-washed. Please email us at hello@littleandfern.com with your order number and request to begin the process. You will be required to pay a standard post rate to return your item/s and we will send a return label and upon receiving your return and checking the items, we will issue an exchange. Please note that at this time, this is only available for AUS customers.
Safety Statement
Little and Fern products are not toys and should never be left with an infant or young child to play with. These products should never be used or worn unsupervised, or while sleeping.
Our products are made with care and are quality checked prior to leaving us, however when you receive your order please check over all items to ensure there are no loose parts or threads that could be of harm to your baby.
If stitching, thread or clips come apart or undone please keep the product out of reach from your child and contact us at hello@littleandfern.com.
Product Information
Please note that products may vary slightly in shape and size. We try our best to represent true colours and shapes in our photos, however please note these may appear different in person as they do on a screen.
Little and Fern products are produced in small batches to keep our wastage down. This means there may be some slight colour differences between different batches or products due to them being produced at different times. We try our best to keep them consistent and true to colour both in person and online.
