Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Little & Fern, we want you to love your purchase! If you have any concerns with your order, please review our returns policy below.

Faulty or Damaged Items
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit. All faulty item claims are subject to inspection.

To begin the process, please email hello@littleandfern.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the faulty or damaged item

Once approved, we will offer a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Size Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, the following conditions apply:
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • Returns must be requested via email at hello@littleandfern.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Upon approval, we will provide a return label, and once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange.
  • Size exchanges are currently only available for Australian customers.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully before placing your order.

International Returns
For international returns, the same policies apply, however, we cannot send international return labels. All returns need to be arranged independently at your local post office. Our US customers sometimes use parcelmonkey.com for affordable return options.

To initiate the return process, we kindly request a picture of the items you wish to return with proof of tags still attached and in original packaging. This photo is necessary to ensure the items meet our return criteria before shipping them back to Australia.

Inspection & Return Shipping
If you return an item and it does not pass the warehouse inspection, we will notify you and require payment for a shipping label to return the item to you.

Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so we recommend using a tracked postage service.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

Safety Statement

Little and Fern products are not toys and should never be left with an infant or young child to play with.  These products should never be used or worn unsupervised, or while sleeping.  

Our products are made with care and are quality checked prior to leaving us, however when you receive your order please check over all items to ensure there are no loose parts or threads that could be of harm to your baby.

If stitching, thread or clips come apart or undone please keep the product out of reach from your child and contact us at hello@littleandfern.com.

 

 

Product Information

Please note that products may vary slightly in shape and size.  We try our best to represent true colours and shapes in our photos, however please note these may appear different in person as they do on a screen.

Little and Fern products are produced in small batches to keep our wastage down.  This means there may be some slight colour differences between different batches or products due to them being produced at different times.  We try our best to keep them consistent and true to colour both in person and online.
