All items are shipped through Australia Post. We aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 business hours.

If your order contains personalisation, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be made in our Brisbane warehouse and shipped.

If you order contains a pre-order item, please refer to the pre-order information page.

Aus Orders:

Standard: $10
Express: $15

FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $150 AUD.

If you are needing your item urgently, please select Express Shipping.  Please note that this service provides expedited shipping through the postal carrier and does not mean your order will jump to the front of the queue.


USA Orders: - Temporarily Suspended 

Unfortunately, due to the newly introduced tariffs in the US, Australia Post has temporarily suspended international parcel shipments to the United States, including outlying areas. This may be why you're experiencing issues with checkout, including zip code restrictions and delivery errors. Please see more information here.

We’re currently working hard to understand exactly how these changes will affect shipments from Australia to the US, and we're doing everything we can to find a solution as quickly as possible.

We ship worldwide and rates are subject to location, as you checkout you will be able to see the correct pricing information for your country.

IMPORTANT: By placing an international order you are acknowledging that you may have to pay duty taxes. Please ensure you are aware of any possible charges you may incur in order to receive the goods. Little and Fern are not liable for any of these additional charges.  

Failure to pay duties and taxes on your shipment will result in your parcel being returned to Little & Fern and no refund provided.

US & CAD Standard: 7-21 days

Once your order is fulfilled and dispatched by our warehouse team, you will receive an email with a tracking link for your order. 

You will be able to track your order here by using your tracking number: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search

 

For international packages, we recommend using your tracking number on your local postal carrier’s website to track your parcel.  E.G. For our USA customers, please use USPS tracking system.

 

Once your order has been fulfilled on our end and you have received your tracking details, your order is the responsibility of Australia Post & your local postal carrier. 

 

 

Shipping Insurance

By purchasing shipping insurance, you are ensuring that your package is covered.

If there are any issues with your order e.g. damage during transit, lost or stolen, you will be covered.

If you believe that your package is lost or you believe you are affected by any of the issues above, the process is as follows:

  1. Please submit an online enquiry with your local postal service, explaining the issue and providing any necessary comments or evidence to support your case
  2. Email our customer service team at hello@littleandfern.com with your order number, tracking number, enquiry number and issue at hand
  3. We will submit an enquiry on our end with Australia Post (please note we cannot do this until you provide us with an enquiry number)
  4. Once the investigation is carried out by Australia Post and your local postal carrier, we will receive an outcome regarding your lost or damaged parcel
  5. Once we receive the outcome in writing from the carrier, we will be able to either send out a replacement package or issue a refund

 

DISCLAIMER: If your address is not entered correctly at checkout, Little and Fern will NOT be held responsible for missing parcels. If your parcel is returned to sender (RTS), you will be charged again to re-ship your parcel.
