I never received any of my purchases I was absolutely gutted as i wanted it for my baby before she was born ordered it when i was 6 months pregnant didn’t receive anything and only got refund when my daughter was born and she was 6 weeks old my order was over 300 pounds so I was bit upset because I could of used money for other baby bits .
Hi Maria, I am so sorry to hear that you had issues receiving your parcel. I have looked into it however can see the issue was addressed back in September 2024 and you received a full refund? As it is very disappointing to not receive an order, we did resolve this for you by issueing a full refund.
