Why is the Christmas Collection launching in two parts?

We’re launching our Christmas Classics early to give every family the chance to secure their keepsake pieces and start, or continue, their special Christmas traditions. Our Christmas clothing collection will follow in Part Two!

When will pre-orders be dispatched?

Christmas Classics pre-orders are expected to be dispatched from mid to late October, giving them plenty of time to arrive before Christmas.

Does personalisation cost extra?

Yes, personalisation is available for an extra fee. The price will be shown when you select the personalisation option on the product page.

Can I order pre-order pieces with ready-to-ship items?

Technically, yes. But we do recommend placing separate orders, as any ready-to-ship items will be held and dispatched with your pre-order pieces from mid to late October.
