Your Item Will Be Made

Your item will be lovingly made right here in our Brisbane warehouse within 1-3 weeks. Once made and passed through our quality checks, our team will dispatch your order to you via your selected shipping option.

How long does personalisation take?

Please allow 1-3 weeks for your personalised keepsake to be carefully made.

Can I change my embroidery choices after I place my order?

If you need to make changes after placing your order we ask you to contact customer service at hello@littlandfern.com as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate the changes before your order heads into production.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. You'll be able to calculate shipping costs at checkout.

Can I preview my text and font before ordering?

We are currently working on a tool to show previews before ordering on our website. We have many examples of embroideries and fonts available in the interim to help you decide on a font.

In the meantime, if you are really unsure, please email luka@littleandfern.com with your request and he will get back to you within 3 business days with a preview.

Can I cancel or return a personalised item?

Due to the custom nature of this service, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns if your product has been personalised. Please ensure you choose your selections and spelling carefully.
