Personalisation Embroidery Terms & Conditions

By placing an order for a personalised item with embroidery, you agree to the following terms:

Personalisation Details

  • All embroidery will appear exactly as entered at checkout.

  • Please check spelling, capitalisation, and formatting carefully before confirming your order.

  • We are not responsible for errors in the personalisation details provided by you.

Processing Times

  • Personalised orders may take additional time to process and dispatch compared to standard items.

  • Any estimated shipping times apply from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • If you request a cancellation and we agree, a 10% cancellation fee may apply to cover processing costs.

Design & Placement

  • Embroidery colour, size, and placement are at our discretion unless specified within the product description.

  • Embroidery will be placed on the ‘up’ side of the blanket (as usually pictured in product photos) and positioned at the top centre of the blanket.

  • Placement may overlap with printed patterns due to the nature of our designs. This is not considered a fault.

  • Variations in thread colour, spacing, or alignment may occur as part of the embroidery process. These are not considered faults.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your personalised item arrives with a fault unrelated to the personalisation details you provided, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or store credit.

Intellectual Property

  • By submitting personalisation details, you confirm you have the right to use the words, names, or initials provided.

  • We reserve the right to reject orders containing offensive, inappropriate, or infringing content.
