Winner Back You Order Giveaway 

Giveaway Terms
• The giveaway is run by Little and Fern. 
• Entries for the “Win Your Order Back” giveaway are valid for orders placed between Tuesday 17 December 2025 and Sunday 21 December 2025.
• To enter:
– Join the Little and Fern VIP Facebook Community Group - https://www.facebook.com/groups/littleandfernvip

– Place an eligible order on www.littleandfern.com during the promotional period
– Screenshot your order confirmation
– Share the screenshot in the official giveaway post within the VIP group
• Only one entry is permitted per order. Multiple orders count as multiple entries.

3. Winner Selection and Prize
• Winners will be drawn at random and notified on Monday 22 December 2025.
• Winners will be announced in the VIP Community Group and may also be contacted via the details provided at checkout.
• The prize consists of a refund of the order value (excluding shipping). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

4. General Conditions for Giveaway
• Orders placed outside the promotional period, or cancelled, returned, or refunded orders, are not eligible.
• Little and Fern reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms.
• Little and Fern may amend or cancel the giveaway if necessary.
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta or any third party.

5. Relationship Between General and Giveaway Terms
• These Giveaway Terms and Conditions operate in conjunction with Little and Fern’s General Terms and Conditions.
• By entering the giveaway, entrants acknowledge and agree to be bound by both these Giveaway Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions.
• In the event of any inconsistency, these Giveaway Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

6. Liability
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little and Fern shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or cost arising from participation in the giveaway or from use of the website, including any indirect or consequential loss.
