MID YEAR SALE 2026 – PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to the Little and Fern Mid Year Sale ("Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to these Promotional Terms & Conditions in addition to Little and Fern's Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, these Promotional Terms & Conditions will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency for matters relating to the Promotion.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

VIP Early Access commences at 8:00am AEST on 23 June 2026.

General Public Access commences at 9:00am AEST on 23 June 2026.

The Promotion concludes at 9:00am AEST on 26 June 2026 unless ended earlier by Little and Fern in accordance with these Promotional Terms & Conditions.

All discounts, free gift offers and free shipping offers are available only during the Promotion Period and while stocks last.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is available to customers purchasing through www.littleandfern.com.au during the Promotion Period.

VIP Early Access is available only to customers who have been granted access by Little and Fern prior to the commencement of the Promotion.

3. DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

Selected products are discounted by up to 70% off the recommended retail price.

Discount percentages may vary across products, styles, colours and sizes.

Discounts are applied automatically at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

The following products and services are excluded from the Promotion and are not eligible for sale discounts:

(a) Gender Reveal Boxes;
(b) Personalisation Service Fees, including embroidery and customisation fees;
(c) Products within the New Arrivals collection;
(d) Gift Cards; and
(e) any other products specifically identified as excluded from the Promotion.

No rainchecks will be offered on sold out products.

4. FREE LIMITED EDITION PASTEL BLOOM POUCH

Customers who spend AUD $200 or more in a single transaction, after all discounts have been applied and before shipping charges are calculated, will be eligible to receive one (1) complimentary Limited Edition Pastel Bloom Pouch.

The free gift will automatically be added to eligible orders while stocks last.

Limited Edition Pastel Bloom Pouches are available while stocks last and are not guaranteed for the entire Promotion Period.

The free gift:

(a) is limited to one (1) per qualifying order;
(b) is not transferable;
(c) cannot be exchanged;
(d) cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or any other product; and
(e) cannot be substituted unless required by law.

If an eligible order is refunded, cancelled or partially refunded and the final order value falls below AUD $200, Little and Fern reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the free gift from any refund issued if the free gift is not returned in its original condition.

5. FREE SHIPPING OFFER

Customers who spend AUD $200 or more in a single transaction after discounts have been applied are eligible for free standard shipping.

The free shipping offer applies only to eligible delivery destinations serviced by Little and Fern.

Express shipping upgrades, customs duties, import taxes and any other applicable charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is adjusted, cancelled or partially refunded and the final order value falls below AUD $200, Little and Fern reserves the right to deduct the applicable shipping charge from any refund issued.

6. DISCOUNT CODES, STORE CREDIT AND OTHER OFFERS

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes and promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with the Promotion.

Gift Cards and valid store credit may be redeemed during the Promotion.

Where store credit is used, the order total must still meet the applicable spend threshold after discounts have been applied to qualify for promotional offers.

Little and Fern reserves the right to exclude certain products, collections, discounts or promotional offers from the Promotion at its sole discretion.

7. STOCK AVAILABILITY

All products, free gifts and promotional offers are subject to availability.

Adding products to a shopping cart, wishlist or favourites list does not reserve stock.

Stock is not secured until checkout has been completed and full payment has been successfully processed.

Little and Fern is not responsible for products becoming unavailable before checkout is completed.

8. ORDER CHANGES

This Promotion applies to new orders placed during the Promotion Period only. Orders placed prior to the commencement of the Promotion are not eligible for a price adjustment, refund of the difference, or any other promotional benefit.

Due to increased order volumes during the Promotion, order amendments may not be possible.

This includes, but is not limited to:

(a) adding or removing items;
(b) changing products, sizes or colours;
(c) combining multiple orders;
(d) changing shipping methods;
(e) changing delivery addresses; or
(f) cancelling orders after placement.

Any request for an order amendment will be considered at Little and Fern's discretion and cannot be guaranteed. For amendment requests, please contact us at hello@littleandfern.com.au as soon as possible after placing your order.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds and exchanges remain subject to the Little and Fern Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, Warehouse Sale, Last Chance or otherwise identified as non-returnable are not eligible for return, exchange or refund for change of mind reasons.

If a return, refund or exchange causes an order to no longer meet the promotional spend threshold, Little and Fern reserves the right to adjust the refund amount to account for any free gift or promotional benefit received.

Nothing in these Promotional Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

10. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

Little and Fern does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its website during the Promotion.

Little and Fern will not be liable for any loss, disappointment or missed opportunity arising from:

(a) website outages;
(b) server interruptions;
(c) internet connectivity issues;
(d) payment gateway failures;
(e) technical errors; or
(f) high traffic volumes.

11. FRAUD AND MISUSE

Little and Fern reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reverse any order where it reasonably suspects:

(a) fraudulent activity;
(b) misuse of the Promotion;
(c) unauthorised resale activity;
(d) a breach of these Promotional Terms & Conditions; or
(e) a breach of Little and Fern's Terms of Service.

12. GENERAL

Little and Fern reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend or terminate the Promotion at any time where reasonably necessary.

Any decision made by Little and Fern in relation to the Promotion is final to the extent permitted by law.

BUNDLE OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS — Promotional Terms & Conditions

The Little & Fern Bundle Offers promotion is valid from Tuesday 26th May 2026 until Thursday 28th May 2026 at 11:00am AEST, unless ended earlier at the discretion of Little & Fern.

• Bundle offers are available exclusively online at Little & Fern and are valid while stocks last. Limited edition products and bundle inclusions are subject to availability.

• To redeem a bundle offer, customers must add all qualifying products to cart and apply the relevant promotional discount code at checkout. Discounts will not be automatically applied.

• Only one bundle offer or promotional code may be redeemed per transaction. Bundle offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, rewards, store credits, promotional offers or loyalty redemptions unless otherwise stated.

• Bundle offers are not valid on previous purchases and cannot be retrospectively applied once an order has been placed.

• If an order containing a bundle offer is cancelled, refunded or partially returned and no longer meets the qualifying bundle requirements, Little & Fern reserves the right to deduct the full value of the discounted or complimentary items from the final refund amount.

• Personalisation fees, shipping charges and gift cards are excluded from all bundle promotions unless otherwise specified.

• In the event of stock discrepancies, unavailable items or overselling, affected customers will be contacted by our team and offered an appropriate replacement, store credit or refund at the discretion of Little & Fern.

Memorial Day Spend & Save — Promotional Terms & Conditions

This promotion is offered by Little and Fern (ABN: 70 825 402 970) and is subject to these promotional terms as well as our full Terms of Service at littleandfern.com/policies/terms-of-service.

  1. The Memorial Day Spend & Save promotion runs from 9.00 AM EASTERN TIME (ET) Friday 23rd May 2025 and ends Monday 25th May 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) / 1:59 PM Tuesday 27th May AEST.
  2. This promotion is available to United States customers only.
  3. To redeem, use code SPENDSAVE at checkout. Discount tiers are as follows: spend $150, save 15%; spend $200, save 20%; spend $300, save 25%.
  4. Discount applies to the qualifying order subtotal only and excludes taxes, shipping, handling and any other charges.
  5. This offer is valid on full-priced items only. It cannot be applied to sale or discounted items, gift cards, or previously placed orders.
  6. Free shipping is not available for United States customers during this promotional period. Standard shipping rates will apply to all orders placed under this promotion.

All Mystery Packs are final sale and are strictly non-refundable. We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or size swaps for any items included in a Mystery Pack, so please ensure you select your size carefully before purchasing. Each Mystery Pack is curated at random, and we cannot accommodate requests for specific prints, styles, or colours. Discount codes or promotional offers cannot be applied unless specifically stated. By purchasing a Mystery Pack, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

If you choose to purchase multiple mystery packs, you accept that there is a high chance of receiving double ups.
