VIP15 – Promotional Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the Little & Fern VIP15 promotion alongside our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy. If these promotional terms differ from our Terms of Service, these terms apply to the VIP15 offer.

  1. Promotion period: The offer starts at 7:00 pm AEST on 23 September 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on 27 September 2026.

  2. Offer: Enter code VIP15 at checkout to receive AUD $15 off an eligible order of AUD $100 or more placed at littleandfern.com.

  3. Minimum spend: The AUD $100 minimum applies to eligible products in a single order before shipping charges. Gift cards do not count towards the minimum spend.

  4. Using the code: The code must be entered and successfully applied before checkout is completed. Only one discount code may be used per order. VIP15 cannot be combined with another promotional offer unless stated otherwise.

  5. Previous orders: The offer applies to new orders placed during the promotion period. It cannot be applied to an order placed before the promotion or added after checkout. The code cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.

  6. Availability: Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Stock is secured once checkout is completed and payment is processed.

  7. Returns and refunds: Returns and exchanges remain subject to Little & Fern’s Returns Policy. Any refund for an item purchased with VIP15 will reflect the discount received. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the code will not be reissued. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  8. General: Little & Fern may amend, suspend or end the promotion where reasonably necessary. For enquiries, contact hello@littleandfern.com.
