What baby items can be personalised?
We offer embroidery personalisation on a curated range of baby keepsakes including knit blankets, cotton gauze blankets, knit rompers, and knit jumpers. You can browse the full personalised baby gifts range here.
How do I add a name or personalisation to my order?
Simply enter your personalisation details (e.g. your baby's name) at checkout. Please double-check spelling, capitalisation, and formatting carefully before confirming — embroidery will appear exactly as entered and we are unable to make changes once your order is placed.

Where will the embroidery be placed on my item?
For blankets, embroidery is placed on the 'up' side at the top centre, as pictured in product photos. Embroidery colour, size, and placement are at our discretion unless otherwise specified in the product description. Please note that placement may overlap with printed patterns — this is not considered a fault.
How long does a personalised baby gift take to arrive?
Personalised orders require additional processing time before dispatch. We ship from Brisbane, Australia — please allow 24–48 business hours for dispatch once processing is complete. During peak sale or launch periods, please allow additional time. Standard shipping timeframes apply once dispatched.
Can I return or exchange a personalised item?
Because personalised baby items are made to order, they are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Once your order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a cancellation is agreed upon, a 10% cancellation fee may apply to cover processing costs.
What if my personalised item arrives with a fault?
If your item arrives with a fault unrelated to the personalisation details you provided, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or store credit.
Will my embroidery look exactly as shown?
Minor variations in thread colour, spacing, or alignment can occur as part of the embroidery process and are not considered faults. We recommend reviewing the product photos for an indication of how your finished personalisation will look.
Do you ship personalised baby gifts worldwide?
Yes! We ship personalised orders worldwide. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is free on Australian orders over $150 AUD.
Can I use Afterpay, PayPal, or Klarna for personalised orders?
Yes, we accept Afterpay, PayPal, and Klarna on all orders including personalised items.
