Customers European Union (EU) Returns:

PLEASE NOTE: This return form is for European Union (EU) customers only. If you are located outside the EU, please do not complete this form, as it may restrict your access to our website.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order. During this period you may cancel your purchase for any reason, no explanation required.

To cancel, please notify us by completing the EU Withdrawal Form located below. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached, in resellable condition. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Shipping costs are not included in your refund. We will issue your refund within 14 days of your return arriving at Little & Fern, pending inspection that the items are in original packaging and resellable condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Before any return is processed, we will provide you with a quote for the return shipping cost for your approval.
