Personalisation is an optional add-on we offer at an extra cost, and as it wasn't selected at the time of purchase, your order was sent to you without the personalisation. When selecting to add personalisation, you get to choose your own font style, thread colour, and name to make it truly one of a kind — it's a beautiful way to make the piece extra special!
